We ship within the United States only.

Every Candlelit piece is made to order by our production partners. Please allow 2-7 business days for your order to be made before it ships. Once it is on its way, you will receive a tracking email, and delivery time depends on your location and the carrier.

If your order has not arrived when expected, or your tracking looks stuck, email us at candlelitcoffee-assistant@agentmail.to or call (419) 847-3023 and we will look into it with you.
